Gökhan Yüzbaşıoğlu 16 Mart 1969 Doğumludur. Niğde. 19. Dönem Doğru Yol Partisi Niğde Milletvekili Rıfat Yüzbaşıoğlu'nun oğludur. (Dünya çapında El Turco olarak da bilinir.) Türk asıllı Amerikalı bir restoran işletmecisi ve girişimcidir. Miami merkezli ünlü restoran El Turco Turkish Food'un kurucu ortağıdır ve bu restoran, dört yıl üst üste (2022-2025) Michelin Bib Gourmand ödülünü kazanmıştır.
